Lime Rose


1 Rose, Herman Lemon juice
Herman Rose syrup
Soda water
Serves : 2


  • De-petal the rose and place petals in ice water to keep their crisp and rinse
  • Add Herman Lemon juice and Herman Rose syrup to taste.* Start with 1 tablespoon of each then added a teaspoon at a time until satisfied with the sweet-tart balance. In total add 4 teaspoons of lime juice and 5 teaspoons of Herman’s Rose syrup.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 3 - 4 ounces of your mixture made in step 2.
  • Add 3 – 4 Rose petals and a sliced strawberry (optional) and top off with soda water, stirring gently to combine.
